Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Real Car Care (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these terms. Real Car Care provides mobile auto detailing services throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices are based on vehicle type and selected services. Final pricing is calculated at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for vehicles requiring additional work beyond the standard scope.
  • A valid email and phone number are required for all bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service price.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Vehicle Inspection

Before beginning any service, our team conducts a pre-service inspection of your vehicle. This inspection includes photographs and/or video documenting the current condition of your vehicle. By authorizing service, you acknowledge:

  • The inspection documents pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, and wear.
  • Real Car Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage documented during inspection.
  • Inspection records are maintained for liability protection for both parties.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods.
  • Membership fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Membership discounts apply to the subscribed services only.

6. Liability

  • Real Car Care exercises professional care during all services.
  • We are fully insured and bonded.
  • We are not liable for damage to loose trim, aftermarket parts, or items left in the vehicle.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
  • Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Service Location Requirements

  • You must provide a safe, accessible location for our team to perform services.
  • Access to a water source is preferred but not required (we carry our own water supply).
  • The vehicle must be accessible and unlocked at the scheduled time.
  • We may decline service if the location is unsafe or inaccessible.

8. Membership Terms

  • Memberships are billed monthly. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
  • Unused monthly services do not roll over.
  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Priority booking is available to all active members.
