At Real Car Care, we stand behind every detail. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our service, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will re-do the service at no additional charge or issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
- Less than 12 hours before appointment: No refund. You may reschedule once at no charge.
- No-show: No refund will be issued if the detailer arrives and the customer is unavailable.
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel your appointment due to weather conditions (rain, extreme heat warnings), you will receive a full refund or be automatically rescheduled to the next available slot at no additional cost. You will be notified via text message at least 2 hours before your appointment.
Service Issues
If you notice any issues with the quality of your detail after the service is complete:

- Provide photos of the issue if possible.
- We will send a detailer to address the issue within 48 hours, or issue a partial/full refund.
Membership Cancellations
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your membership benefits remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. To cancel, contact us or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. Gift card balances can be applied to any service. Lost gift cards can be reissued — contact us with your purchase confirmation.
